In this video, the artist reflects upon her experience flying overseas on 9/11, and her attendance shortly thereafter at a Balinese cockfight. To edit the video, Foley abstracted still frames from live-action video footage recorded in September of 2001, and animated the frames to the rhythm of her voice, rendering picture subservient to audio.
