Paper sculptures made with figures excised from front page sections of daily newspapers. I collected, cut, arranged, and set or stitched some of these dimensional collages into heat-sealed vinyl boxes. Others were built, photographed and shared via social media. Intended as ’minuments’ to a dying form of media, this therapeutic exercise in re-editing the times allowed me to exert control over, and respond to, the ceaseless flood of accurate and inaccurate information seeping into our lives via personal devices and social media.
